Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of AMINO-TONE with 12-16oz of cold water. On training days consume during workout. On non-training days consume throughout the day for added recovery and metabolism support. Slight foaming may occur when mixed with very cold water. This is normal and will dissipate after a few minutes.

As a lifter, you need them, especially the right ones. While there are nearly two dozen different amino acids, only a select few are absolutely essential for igniting the anabolic drive, as new research has shown.
