Rich Piana knows the importance of whole food in a bodybuilder’s diet. Correct meal content and proper meal timing are critical if you want to achieve your bodybuilding goals. You need quality calories in the right ratios and at the right times if you want to get the most from your eating plan. To put it simply: you can’t skimp on your meals and still expect to make serious gains!
So what’s the solution? REAL FOOD by 5% Nutrition!
REAL FOOD is a whole food carbohydrate matrix that consists of slower burning carb sources, such as oatmeal, yams sweet potatoes and dried fruit. These are all low glycemic foods, so the impact on blood sugar is minimized - there’s no chance of fat storage. REAL FOOD is a flexible solution to your busy day – you can add it into your meal for a complete meal, you can utilize it during the day for a healthy option over the grab-and-go choices you’ve been making, and of course, you can use it as part of your post-workout program.
Of course, REAL FOOD mixes up easily and tastes amazing – did you expect anything less?
This is a use-it-several-times-a-day product, so it has to taste great!
REAL FOOD takes a big step towards helping bodybuilders eat right, so you don’t have to skimp on your meals or turn to junk food sources! No matter how busy you are, you have time for an easy to mix, great tasting shake – REAL FOOD by 5% Nutrition!
Accelerated Amino Transport. Aminos are the basic building blocks of muscle. Aminos can also trigger anabolism, the cornerstone of muscle growth. As a lifter, you need them, especially the right ones. While there are nearly two dozen different amino acids, only a select few are absolutely essential for igniting the anabolic drive, as new research has shown. Not surprisingly, these required aminos are the same ones found in human muscle protein.
Animal Nitro is the first and only supplement that contains the correct ratios of those aminos based on human muscle protein itself. This complex of aminos is appropriately called Human Muscle Protein Complex (HMPC) and they’re only in Animal Nitro. HMPC consists of special “uncoupled” aminos exclusively – those that are free of the chemical bonds that can limit maximum utilization. By using only 100% uncoupled aminos in HMPC, Animal Nitro delivers a precisely controlled dose of aminos that are “targeted” to efficiently enter systemic circulation through a novel amino transport system. Here’s how it works. Each pack consists of a measured 6,000mg dose of uncoupled aminos (HMPC). Once ingested, they form a special bolus (a protective “mass”) that allows them to efficiently bypass the liver. Now this is vital as the liver captures and catabolizes regular amino acids (like those found in protein powders such as whey and more conventional amino supplements) to urea, a waste product. Once safely past the liver, this bolus of uncoupled aminos enters systemic circulation, where they can exert their powerful pharmacological actions–vasodilation and anabolism. When combined with resistance training, Animal Nitro can actually help your body deliver more nutrients to your working muscles, recover more quickly, and build new muscle mass by enhancing protein synthesis, improving net muscle protein balance, and preventing muscle breakdown.
Gram for gram, nothing is as pure, as efficient, as potent, and as effective as Animal Nitro. It’s the gold standard among amino-based supplements.
The #1 selling training pak in the world for twenty four years straight. Since 1984, more competitive bodybuilders have cut their teeth on the Animal Pak than any other bodybuilding supplement in history. Why? Simple. Animal Pak gets the job done. It works. First time. Last time. Every time.
Nature, in all her ingenuity, has designed the human body as the ultimate performance machine. Fact is, since the dawn of mankind, our bodies have changed very little. When it comes to feeding our muscles, we still need the nutrients we get from our diets. But when it comes time to grow our muscles in a freakish way, we need the right combination and mega-doses of essential amino acids, carbs, vitamins and minerals. Only Animal Pak has what you need. You’re the kind of primal beast who trains with Animal intensity. You need plenty of the above, plus that little something extra only Animal Pak provides. That’s why we’ve also loaded the Animal Pak with performance optimizers such as lipotropics, L-arginine, Uni-Liver, eleuthero, and the like. In every pak, you’re blasted with a dizzying array of over 60 key ingredients which are delivered in the right amounts at the right time, every time.
Each of the 11 tablets included in each pak has been specifically formulated to deliver the goods. By taking the Animal Pak, you prevent the formation of nutritional gaps. Why should you care? The greater your training intensity, the faster and larger these gaps grow over time. When this happens you eventually hit a plateau. You stop growing. Maybe you’ve already hit this wall. To make matters worse, if you take other supplements, these same gaps begin to render those expensive supplements useless. Many of today’s supplements rely on enzymes and other substances in your body to “activate” them. Nutrititional gaps mean these key activators may not function at all, so you may be wasting all of your hard-earned money on supplements that won’t or can’t work.
Consider the Animal Pak as the cast iron skillet of your supplement program, your body’s first line of defense. If you train with weights, then you absolutely need to train with the Animal Pak. Remember, while most supplements have come and gone, precious few have stood the test of time. When you’re ready for the best, step up to the most trusted name in serious bodybuilding nutrition: Animal Pak.
Animal Test is the ultimate in legal, pro-test support. Combining the most potent natural extracts with one of the hottest, patented, proven supplements to hit the industry in recent years, the all new Animal Test practically redefines the capabilities of bodybuilding supplementation.
The Pro-Androgen Complex portion of the Animal Test formula couples dynamic herbal extracts designed to facilitate anabolic hormonal support. This complex includes the revered free test potentiator 3,4- divanillyl tetrahydrofuran with potentially anabolic ketosterones extracted from Cissus Quadrangularis—another exciting bodybuilding ingredient. This is only the first facet of the powerful Test formula.
In order to capitalize on this, Animal Test comes fully equipped with a combination of cutting edge ingredients like Trans Resveratrol with 3´,5,7-Trihydroxy-4´-methoxyflavone (Hesperetin) and Agaricus Bisporus polysaccharides, further supporting an ideal hormonal profile in the user. Both components of the Pro-Androgen complex are supported in their uptake through the inclusion of 6´,7´ Dihydroxybergamottin and patented Bioperine.
The final and perhaps the most dramatically powerful element of the new Animal Test formula is the inclusion of the highly heralded, Arachidonic Acid (AA). Backed by university research studies and real world testimonials, AA has taken the bodybuilding world by storm...and for good reason – more anabolic hormonal support! Arachidonic Acid may have multiple benefits for the hard training bodybuilder, such as potentially augmenting the actions of the other powerful ingredients that together comprise Animal Test.
