Directions
Take one half sachet (11.6 grams) of Grenade .50 Calibre, mixed into 150 to 250mL of cold water, about 30 minutes prior to training. For those who have previously used pre-workout formulas and want the most dramatic results, up the dosage to one full sachet (23.2g) with 300 to 500mL of cold water.

This is also the reason why the body can't convert an n-3 fatty acid to an n-6 fatty acid. Yeah, it sounds like science mumbo jumbo, but is important to see from a chemistry perspective why it's so hard to obtain the right EFAs from the diet.
