Directions
Take one half scoop (11.6 grams) of Grenade .50 Calibre, mixed into 150 to 250mL of cold water, about 30 minutes prior to training. For those who have previously used pre-workout formulas and want the most dramatic results, up the dosage to one full scoop (23.2g) with 300 to 500mL of cold water.
