Orders Under £75 has a charge of £4.99.

Orders are processed,dispactched and delivered between 3-5 working days.

Track your package with MyHermes.You can track your order right to your doorstep once it’s been dispatched. Just follow the link included in the dispatch confirmation email you will receive from the courier. Please be advised that orders dispatched through Royal Mail are not trackable.

Our courier service delivers between 7am-7pm, a signature will be required. We have a leave with neighbor option with our couriers or you can give authorization for parcels to be left in a safe place. They’ll leave a calling card with the details.

If they can’t leave your parcel safely they’ll take it back to their depot and leave a calling card with details of how you can collect it or arrange for another delivery. Please note that you can add delivery instructions for the carrier during the checkout process. Sometimes it will be advisable to contact us rather than MyHermes if you need to supply additional delivery instructions. Made before 1pm are processed the same day!

Returns are excepted if products are not open and are sealed and are damaged in any way when recieved.

We want all our of customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting Customer Services.

In some circumstances we may require an image of the damaged item in order for us to send a replacement or refund.

Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by Customer Services.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as you can.

Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the barcode off the incorrect item you have received.

Return products within 14 days.

Return postage is payed by you the customer.

Refunds are only offered if item is wrong or cannot be replaced if out of stock.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on arrival you have fourteen (14) days starting from the delivery date to return or exchange the article. What should you do? Login to our website. Once logged inside your private area, please access the orders menu.

Inside the orders list, please seek the order you want to make the return and click the button “Return items”. Select the product you want to return within the order. Select return cause within the pull-down menu. Select the type of return: money refund or change for another product.
